About the building
Waldo First is an apartment complex located on the Waldorpstraat in the Laakhaven-West district of The Hague, opposite Mandir Park and River Towers. The building was the first completed building of the larger Waldo City project. The complex was designed by Kampman Architecten, developed by NU Projectontwikkeling, built by Ouwehand Bouw and completed in the summer of 2016. It consists of 47 studios spread across three residential floors and 6 commercial spaces on the ground floor. The studios are available in three types: The Twentyfour (24m²), The TwentyEight (28m²) and The FortyNine (49m²). The building features a secured bicycle storage and has energy label A++. On the second floor there is a large shared terrace that connects Waldo First and the adjacent Waldo Neighbour.
