The building was designed by Kampman Architecten, developed by NU Projectontwikkeling, built by Ouwehand Bouw and completed in the summer of 2016. It consists of 48 studios spread across three residential floors and 6 commercial spaces on the ground floor. The studios are available in two types: The Twentyfour (24m²) and The TwentyEight (28m²). The building features a secured bicycle storage and has energy label A++. On the second floor there is a large shared terrace that connects Waldo Neighbour and the adjacent Waldo First. Waldo Neighbour is part of the larger Waldo City project, which comprises a total of 499 apartments, commercial spaces, hospitality venues and parking garages.
